Who can join?

1. Any Blood Centre(Institutional Member) or Anybody(Individual Member) who is working in a Blood Centre in Gujarat.

2. Any institution or Anybody who is deeply involved in Blood Centre Activities, Blood Transfusion Specialists, Clinicians, Nurses, Paramedical Staff, Blood centre Staff, Voluntary Blood Donors, Donor Motivators & Blood Donation Camp Organizers from all over the Country.

How to become a member and types of Membership?

The following classes of memberships are available at present:

1. INSTITUTIONAL LIFE MEMBERS:

• Institutional: Rs. 2, 000/- for Voluntary Organisations in rural areas
• Institutional: Rs. 5, 000/- for Voluntary Organisations in urban areas
• Institutional: Rs. 50, 000/- for Corporate Membership

Corporate and institutional members shall have one vote but cannot hold office. The Members attending the Annual General Meeting shall have to be duly authorized by the Competent authority of the corporate/institution.

2. INDIVIDUAL - LIFE MEMBERS:

       An individual donating a lump sum amount of Rs 1000/- and strictly adhering to the Objectives of ISBTI would be eligible to become a Life member.

Follow these easy steps to become a member:

1. Visit the website of ISBTI - Gujarat Chapter (www.isbtigujarat.org)

2. Click on “Become a Member” Tab on Upper Right Hand Corner.

3. Select “download offline form”, Appropriate option (Individual/Institution) and duly fill up the details in block letters as mentioned in the Membership Form.

4. For the payment please follow the below bank details. Membership fees can be paid by NEFT/Bank Transfer/Demand Draft/UPI. You would be required to send the transaction ID in the case the membership fee is deposited by NEFT/Bank Transfer/UPI.

To be a member of ISBTI via Gujarat State Chapter, all are requested to pay fees as bank details given above of Ahmedabad Navrangpura branch Bank and fill up transaction Ref No. details in downloaded offline form.

5. Submission of  your completed membership form :

a. Send a clear and colored scan copy to Email address:  isbtigjc@gmail.com

b. Send the filled up form hard copy by post to:
